Roofline Profiles Ltd also offer a full range of standard and bespoke products in aluminium, from Fascia and Soffit Systems, Bull Nose Anti-vandal/High-Security Fascia Systems, Parapet Wall Capping & Coping Systems, Aluminium Rainwater Gutters and Downpipe Systems. We can also supply Green Roof accessories, i.e. retaining trims (with or without slots), angles, inspection chambers and outlet pipe shrouds.
Working in conjunction with building contractors at the regional or national level, Roofline Profiles Ltd are flexible enough to meet both budget and construction schedule targets. We offer complete manufacture, supply only or supply and fix packages on all our products, an accurate start-to-finish process including on-site surveys and measuring.
We pride ourselves on working in partnership with designers, enabling them to push the boundaries of design with our close external CAD team, who will liaise with the designer in realising their plans using standard or bespoke products. We can also provide take-offs, gutter flow calculations and further technical assistance.
Products come in various finishes, such as Polyester Powder Coated, Anodised or Mill Finished as standard. Other finishes are also available upon request; provide us with the detail of your requirements, and we will tailor a package to suit your needs. Our top-of-the-range machinery allows us to work with aluminium, steel, copper, brass, titanium, and various other materials. Quality products are paramount to our ethos, demonstrated in our Capping and Coping Systems, testing can also be requested on any bespoke products, either concerning a specific project or product requirement. We manufacture most of our standard products from 2mm or 3mm thick high-strength aluminium sheet 1050AH14 but have the technical ability to manufacture in a wide range of materials; please get in touch with us for further information.
